Fraternalist of the Year Guidelines

Nominee must be an active member of the LPSCU.
Board of Directors and Office Staff are not eligible.
Prior honorees are prohibited from entering.
Nominations must be submitted to LPSCU with a postmark no later than April 1st.
Head and shoulder color photograph must be included with nomination form.
Fax forms or e-mails will be accepted.
All material sent becomes the property of LPSCU and will not be returned.
Decisions of the LPSCU are final.
An award will be presented to the honoree.
LPSCU Fraternalist of the Year may be submitted to State Fraternal Alliances having a similar
award.
